Silicon Si: ≤0.35

Mn Mn: ≤0.40

Sulfur S: ≤0.020

Phosphorus P: ≤0.030

Chromium Cr: promised residual content ≤ 0.25, ≤ 0.10 (manufacturing lead bath quenching wire)

Nickel Ni: promised residual content ≤ 0.20, ≤ 0.12 (manufacturing lead bath quenching wire)

Copper Cu: promised residual content ≤ 0.30, ≤ 0.20 (manufacturing lead bath quenching wire)

Note: promise residual content Cr Ni Cu ≤ 0.40 (manufacturing lead bath quenching wire)

T9A mechanical properties:

Hardness: annealing, ≤ 192HB, indentation diameter ≥ 4.35mm; quenching, ≥ 62HRC

T9A heat treatment specifications and microstructure:

Heat treatment specifications: sample quenching 760 ~ 780 ℃, water cooling.

T9A Delivery status:

The steel is delivered in an annealed condition. The agreement between the two sides can also be non-annealed delivery.
