Characteristics and scope of application:

Carbon C: 0.46 ~ 0.54

Silicon Si: 0.17 ~ 0.37

Mn: 0.50 ~ 0.80

S: sulfur 0.030 or less

P P: 0.030 or less

Cr: 0.80 ~ 1.10

Ni Ni: 0.35 or less

Copper Cu: 0.25 or less

Vanadium V: 0.10 ~ 0.20

Mechanical properties:

Tensile strength sigma b (MPa) : > 1274(130)

Yield strength sigma s (MPa) : greater than 1127(115)

Hardness: hot rolling, no less than 321HB;

Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specification: 850 ℃ quenching + 20 ℃, oil cooling;

Tempering 500 ℃ + 50 ℃ (special needs, plus or minus 30 ℃).
