60Si2MnA is a medium carbon alloy spring steel. The steel has advantages of high yield strength, high fatigue limit, large hardenability, excellent plasticity, low cost, and simple heat treatment operation.

Compared with 55Si2Mn steel, 60Si2MnA has slightly higher strength and elastic limit, and better quenching straightness.
